contemporary design nespresso machine friendly staff vibrating noise basic breakfast old building
i really liked the contemporary design. skoah products were available, and i adored the nespresso machine! the location was great too. the staff were very friendly and texted after check-in to see if i needed anything. i thought that was a nice touch.
i found an extreme vibrating noise coming from under the floor in my room. it caused me to be unable to sleep. breakfast was served in the bar, and i found it not great.

stylish stay!
convenient location clean room spacious shower
i found the location convenient for walking. yaletown is nearby, offering shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and modern. the shower was spacious and i appreciated the walk-in design.
the holding fee of cad$250 felt excessive. it took a while to be returned after checkout. i wasn't happy with this delay.

The lobby had a beautiful design and i liked it. The elevator was fast, ensuring quick access to all floors, it minimized wait times. hallways were quiet, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere .

Breakfast offered a great variety of options, including healthy choices, so i was happy. The restaurant downstairs had a smart pub atmosphere, offering a pleasant surprise with its quality.

Staff were attentive to my needs, providing excellent service. They offered free slippers as an added bonus, nice. rafael was especially helpful with baggage and bicycles during my arrival and departure.

the room featured a stylish marshall fridge. amenities in the bathroom included high-quality soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner that smelled amazing. the room was designed efficiently making good use of the available space.

adequate stay
friendly staff perfect location tiny room overpowering scent
the staff were friendly. the room was very clean and nicely styled with quirky touches. it was in a perfect location (very convenient!), surrounded by plenty of food options.
i really wanted to write a great review, but i just can't. the room was tiny. my husband and i each had a large suitcase, and we couldn't have them both open on the floor at the same time.
