i found the location convenient for walking. yaletown is nearby, offering shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and modern. the shower was spacious and i appreciated the walk-in design.

the holding fee of cad$250 felt excessive. it took a while to be returned after checkout. i wasn't happy with this delay.

Staff were attentive to my needs, providing excellent service. They offered free slippers as an added bonus, nice. rafael was especially helpful with baggage and bicycles during my arrival and departure.

the room featured a stylish marshall fridge. amenities in the bathroom included high-quality soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner that smelled amazing. the room was designed efficiently making good use of the available space.

the staff were friendly. the room was very clean and nicely styled with quirky touches. it was in a perfect location (very convenient!), surrounded by plenty of food options.

i really wanted to write a great review, but i just can't. the room was tiny. my husband and i each had a large suitcase, and we couldn't have them both open on the floor at the same time.
